"Although a long full day trip it was certainly worth it as we'd hoped. We were in Bergen for 2 nights so this was an ideal full day itinerary to venture out the city as a small shared group. The mini bus was perfect size, clean and modern with USB charging ports - needed on the way back after draining camera batteries! Stig, our driver/guide/facts guy was great. Very informative, friendly & keen to get the group interactive but not in a forceful or cheesy way. He was also magic with camera requests and can tell he does this often, every angle taken to cover all bases lol. Highlight of the tour was definitely the Stegastein viewpoint- partly because the clouds seemed to part for us leading to unreal views of the Fjords. The Fjords cruise was also great - modern well designed vessels allowing plenty of room and view points for the whole boat during the 2hr sailing. Drive back was the longest part of the trip, but ideal to review & delete photos etc and catch some shut eye".



"The minibus was very comfortable and Geir was an excellent driver and a very informative guide. Adding personal experiences to his commentary gave more insight into the Norwegian way of life. He left us at the Viking Village but gave us very clear instructions for boarding the boat for the fjord cruise and the Flam and Bergen trains. A guided tour of the Viking Village is included in the price. It is optional but well worth joining as you only have a limited time in the village. The boat was a lot bigger than I expected. There was plenty of inside seating but, as it was a fine, sunny day we opted to be outside. There is a large patio area on the top deck so we had great views of the spectacular scenery. My one, small, criticism is that there is no outside seating so standing for 2hours was quite tiring. The Flam train journey was awe inspiringly beautiful and changing trains at Myrdal was easy. A fabulous day out!!"


